My passion, expertise, humor and cultural understanding give me an optimal background for making your travel experience superb. I have lived most of my life in greater Copenhagen but was born in America.

o   Customized travel and cultural appreciation have been a passion since 2018.

o   Certified Danish Tour Guide, Certified Culinary Tour Guide by the World Food Tourism Association.

o   Supplemental certificate as Sommelier ( Level 1, DSU).

o   Travel Program Director in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.

o   Fluent in English and Danish, with good knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian.

Our goal is to give our travellers an intimate view of the Danish Culinary lifestyle and all the aspects that make it up. Special focus is on historical events and societal influences. We want you to take home some of the magic of this small kingdom in the north, which is based on creativity, inclusiveness, and the beauty we find naturally around us.

All our tours are small (max. 12) and only certified guides are used. All of our tours are offered in English and Danish. Other languages are available upon request.
